This includes ensuring repair, upkeep, and maintenance of all facility equipment as well as executing all maintenance processes and procedures.</p> <p>Duties / Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshooting and repair of production equipment along with maintaining buildings and grounds systems </li><li>Interacting with a computerized maintenance management system and executing preventative maintenance activities, reporting machine deficiencies, and unsafe conditions </li><li>Learn and understand the operation of all equipment to identify problems and identify root causes of equipment failures </li><li>Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics needed to troubleshoot equipment </li><li>Support all building projects and equipment upgrades on building systems as well as manufacturing equipment </li><li>Support maintaining documentation, machine history, and all other appropriate documentation for production equipment </li><li>Maintain professional organization of Maintenance Repair Areas and any other area where repair work is in progress </li><li>Execute fabrication, welding, design, and other duties that ensure successful company operation </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience and education. </li><li>A minimum of 3-years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance related field. </li><li>Working knowledge / hands-on general maintenance experience in mechanics, welding, hydraulics, pneumatic, fabrication, and electrical operations. </li><li>Knowledge and experience with lock out tag out procedures </li><li>PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting knowledge preferred </li><li>Sensors and controls knowledge preferred </li><li>Knowledge of VFD programming </li><li>Safe and proficient use of hand tools </li><li>Ability to use test equipment as needed to diagnose breakdowns </li><li>Ability to communicate issues to maintenance leadership </li><li>Electrical experience, both single-phase and three-phase power supplies </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling. </li></ul> <p>Why Clayton?</p> <p>A Berkshire Hathaway Company - an integrity-based organization offering unlimited career growth opportunities.</p> <p>Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
