<ul> <li>The Talent and Image intern will work with our Talent & Image team. This role requires a hand's on and high energy approach, where you'll help execute exciting summer programming for interns across Central Indiana. As an intern with the Talent & Image team, you will play a key role in organizing and marketing events, supporting recruitment efforts, creating digital content, and assisting with post-event analysis to ensure the success of our internship programs. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Event Execution & Marketing Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the planning, promotion, and coordination of various summer events for interns across Central Indiana. </li><li>Work closely with the team to develop and distribute marketing materials (social media content, flyers, etc.) to promote summer events. </li><li>Provide on-the-ground support during events, including registration, check-ins, and logistics. </li></ul> <p>Post-Event Surveys & Data Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Create and distribute post-event surveys to gather feedback from event participants. </li><li>Compile and analyze survey data to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement. </li></ul> <p>Recruitment for College Ambassador Program</p> <ul> <li>Help recruit and onboard participants for the College Ambassador Program, aimed at showcasing the benefits of living and working in Indianapolis. </li><li>Engage with students at local colleges and universities to build excitement around the program. </li></ul> <p>Content Creation & Article Writing</p> <ul> <li>Write and publish articles and blog posts after events, capturing key moments and insights, and sharing the impact on social media and other platforms. </li><li>Assist in the creation of promotional content for future events, highlighting the Indy Chamber's summer programs and community impact. </li><li>Website Development for Partner Organizations </li><li>Collaborate with local organizations to create simple, engaging websites that highlight their company culture and the Indianapolis community. </li><li>Ensure all websites are aligned with brand standards and provide relevant, engaging content. </li></ul> <p>Educational Background</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Event Planning, Business, or similar). </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience or coursework in event planning, marketing, or digital media is a plus. </li><li>Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. </li><li>Strong team player who enjoys collaboration and brainstorming new ideas. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva. </li><li>Basic knowledge of website creation tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix) is a plus. </li><li>Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects with ease. </li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple tasks. </li><li>A passion for Indianapolis and a desire to promote the city to interns and visitors. </li></ul> <p>Red Envelope Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
