<p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework. </li><li>Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion </li><li>Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community </li><li>Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform </li><li>Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success.
