Systematically receiving materials into Bistrack. Converting stock materials into plant consumption in Bistrack. Auditing scrap waste out of facitility.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND DAILY TASKS</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates with Yard Supervisor and Materials Manager. </li><li>Receive materials in Bistrack and process appropriate paperwork. </li><li>Records all lumber moves and process in Bistrack. </li><li>Records hours on all lifts and enters in Sitedocs. </li><li>Peforms weekly safety stop audit on lift drivers. </li><li>Oversees Loading, unloading of materials. </li><li>Maintains quality expectation of documentation. </li><li>Required to help with quarterly inventory. </li><li>Performs other duties as required by management. </li></ul> <p>COMPETENCIES</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to speak and write clearly and professionally. </li><li>Must be customer service oriented with a positive personality. </li><li>Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with team. </li><li>Knowledge of basic mathematics. </li><li>Need to be able to identify product descriptions when picking orders. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Able to pass a test on operating a fork lift. </li><li>Building materials knowledge is a plus. </li><li>Must be capable of working independently and in a team environment. </li><li>Able to push, pull, bend, and lift at least 50lbs. </li><li>Other physical duties, as needed. </li><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree. </li><li>90% of work to be performed in an outdoor environment subject weather, noise, and dust. </li></ul> <p>Why Clayton?</p> <p>A Berkshire Hathaway Company - an integrity-based organization offering unlimited career growth opportunities.</p> <p>Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
