The Benefits Specialist must have effective interpersonal, communication, critical thinking and analytical skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage priorities and multiple projects within required timelines. He/she will take ownership of Health & Welfare responsibilities which can include open enrollment, new hire orientation, assisting with plan auditing, wellness initiatives, COBRA, ACA Reporting, as well as handling daily administrative tasks.</p> <p>Experience Required</p> <p>2 to 4 years Benefits experience.</p> <p>Other qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Two to four years of Health & Welfare and Retirement Benefits experience </li><li>Effective organizational, detained oriented problem-solving and interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Thorough knowledge of MS - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access required. </li><li>Knowledge of Lawson preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred.</p> <p>Special Requirements</p> <p>part time, 24 hours a week</p>
