<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We seek a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. </li><li>Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals. </li><li>Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication. </li><li>Drive project planning, estimation and proposal walkthrough with clients from a program and technical standpoint </li><li>Execute discovery sessions with client stakeholders to drive strategic engagements and establish program success factors </li><li>Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions leveraging your technical expertise to address complex challenges. </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met. </li><li>Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success. </li><li>Identify and mitigate risks ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes. </li><li>Ensure compliance with data quality and data governance standards leveraging your domain expertise to maintain high standards. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems. </li><li>Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and opportunities. </li><li>Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project teams encouraging the adoption of best practices. </li><li>Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and contribute to the overall success of the organization. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in Salesforce with a proven track record of successful project delivery in Retail and Consumer industry. </li><li>Experience in sizing and estimating the opportunities and delivering programs leveraging agile methodologies, POD structure, and extended team structure </li><li>Strong background in data quality and data governance with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards. </li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring successful delivery. </li><li>Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to drive project success. </li><li>Experience in a hybrid work model with the ability to manage remote and on-site teams effectively. </li><li>Strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align project activities with organizational goals. </li><li>Commitment to continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices. </li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative ensuring project success. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively. </li></ul> <p>Certifications Required</p> <p>Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification is required</p> <p>Certified Retail and/or Consumer Goods cloud is highly desirable</p> <p>Certified Sales and Service Cloud Consultant</p> <p>Certified Experience Cloud consultant</p> <p>Certified MuleSoft consultant</p> <p>Certified Technical Architect</p> <p>Certified Data Cloud and Agentforce certifications are a plus.</p> <p>Salary and Other Compensation:</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until 04/30/2025</p> <p>The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- 200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</p> <p>This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.</p> <p>Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance </li><li>Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off </li><li>401(k) plan and contributions </li><li>Long-term/Short-term Disability </li><li>Paid Parental Leave </li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
