This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating social service initiatives that address the diverse needs of the community. The director will lead a team of social workers and support staff, ensuring that all services are delivered with compassion and professionalism. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and families to create a supportive environment for residents.
