This position focuses on supporting the Live Experience team by handling quick-turn requests, updating recurring graphics, and contributing to innovative gameday and marketing projects. This role ensures the delivery of cohesive and engaging visual content that elevates the fan experience.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:</p> <p>Motion Design:</p> <ul> <li>Support the conceptualization and animation of motion graphics to enhance the gameday experience and GTV productions. </li><li>Translate static design templates into dynamic motion elements. </li><li>Contribute fresh, innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions. </li><li>Assist with the development of additional theme night packages, full-board overlays, crowd prompts, and other original fan engagement elements. </li><li>Collaborate to explore new animation styles and visual storytelling techniques. </li></ul> <p>Content Updates & Quick-Turn Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Update and render matchup videos, fireworks graphics, and series-specific assets. </li><li>Create and update player-animated headshots and graphics package for the current roster. </li><li>Create end tags for in-game footage and social highlight reels. </li><li>Adapt marketing and social media graphics for scoreboard use. </li></ul> <p>Content Management:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in organizing the asset library and maintaining animation and design element files. </li><li>Distribute animations and ensure efficient file management. </li></ul> <p>Workflow & Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Senior Designer/Animator with routine tasks to free up time for larger projects. </li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on additional design and animation needs. </li><li>Provide support for the production team with animations and graphics as required </li></ul> <p>At the Cleveland Guardians, we are all about creating an inclusive environment that brings out the best in everyone.
