<p>We are looking for a person who will join the Customer Success team and together with us will ensure the maximum value from our software to clients.</p> <p>The Customer Success team supports clients in the daily use of Zonifero, from onboarding to extending or extending the scope of the contract. We are proud of the quality of our customer service we provide, but we believe in continuous development and that is why we are looking for someone who will help us not only face the challenges of scaling our business in Poland and internationally, but also help to further develop and improve customer satisfaction processes. Because a satisfied customer is the best ambassador!</p> <p>We are a startup and we create a small, harmonious and agile team. We have a very open, flat and democratic organizational culture, we talk a lot, we laugh and we aren't afraid of open feedback. You will work closely with the entire development team, the product, the sales and customer success department, and the management of the organization.</p> <ul> <li>space for autonomy and development, </li><li>opportunity to work with leading organizations in Poland and globally, </li><li>co-creation of innovative solutions that fit into several major market trends, e.g. hybrid work, Proptech, ESG and energy transformation, </li><li>working with the latest mobile, IoT and AI technologies, </li><li>many challenges and development opportunities, </li><li>private medical insurance, </li><li>multisport card, </li><li>training budget (after 1 year), </li><li>comfortable offices throughout Poland (although we are open to remote work) and work equipment. </li><li>customer support and solving current problems with the use of the application (first line of support), </li><li>conducting presentations, training and implementation of clients, </li><li>conducting regular customer satisfaction monitoring (NPS) and feedback meetings (QBR), </li><li>selling additional services and products in the context of customer needs, </li><li>current service of the ticketing system (Jira) and CRM (Pipedrive), </li><li>creating content for the knowledge base on the Zonifero platform (instructions, documentation, etc.), </li><li>collecting feedback from customers and application users and transferring it to the Product Development area. </li><li>You have experience at work as Customer Service, Customer Support / Customer Success / Account Management / Sales or related, preferably a company offering B2B Enterprise SaaS software, </li><li>you have experience at work in or with Real Estate / Facility Management / Office Management / Administration / HR departments in large corporations and you know how they work, </li><li>you are not afraid of communication with the client, also in difficult situations, </li><li>you can make public presentations, </li><li>you can create documentation and instructions, </li><li>you speak English and/or German at min. B2 (preferably C1). Knowledge of other foreign languages will be a great advantage, </li><li>you are full of energy and have a lot of ideas for improvements. </li></ul> <p>Nice to have</p> <ul> <li>marketing skills, </li><li>knowledge and skills in the field of Customer Experience / User Experience, </li><li>knowledge of the specifics of creating and developing SaaS products, </li><li>you are interested in new technologies and Startups. </li></ul>
