The company provides deep material science expertise, outstanding customer service through broad geographic coverage and trusted product reliability.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Schedule: 40 hours, Wednesday - Saturday (weekends required)</p> <p>Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing of manufactured products; incoming testing and identification of incoming materials; conduct equipment calibration program; verification of product quality and other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Review and approval of Raw Material Certificate of Analysis (COA)</p> </li><li> <p>Test incoming raw material against acceptance criteria</p> </li><li> <p>Print Material Identification tags and place tags on incoming materials</p> </li><li> <p>Daily collection sample retains</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate documentation and sampling concerns to department manager</p> </li><li> <p>Calibration lab and shop floor measurement tools</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily lab testing according to Feature Results sheet requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Enter test data into Movex for customers requiring Certificate of Analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain organized storage of sample retains</p> </li><li> <p>Quality auditing of process, line and products</p> </li><li> <p>Support 3rd party onsite calibrations</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a 5S environment in lab</p> </li><li> <p>Archive product sample retains in a organized manner</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare graphs, charts or reports as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate any lab concerns immediately to supervisor</p> </li><li> <p>Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; Associates Degree in Applied Science preferred and two years of related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</p> </li><li> <p>Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess good problem-solving skills and basic math skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and suppliers</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to work as team member or independently</p> </li><li></li></ul> <p>Transcendia is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all candidates for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p>
