<p>AEA transfer requests (internal applications) will be accepted until 2:00 pm on 3/17/2025</p> <p>Salary: In accordance with the AEA Negotiated Salary Schedule</p> <p>Reports to: Director of Special Education, Building Principal, Director of Curriculum, and Superintendent</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Appropriate and valid Ohio Teaching License </li><li>Experience teaching students with disabilities preferred </li><li>Performance evaluated in accordance with OTES 2.0 Framework </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities and Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Perform all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Austintown Local School District Policy and Procedures </li><li>Follow and execute the Ohio Standards for the Teaching Profession </li><li>Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Special Education, Building Principal, and/or the Superintendent </li></ul> <p>The successful applicant must have the following on file prior to start:</p> <ul> <li>Appropriate and valid Ohio teaching credential </li><li>Current favorable State and Federal background checks </li><li>Official Sealed Transcripts </li><li>Negative drug screen </li></ul> <p>Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education.
