<p>Program Planner</p> <p>Location: King of Prussia, PA</p> <p>Job ID: #70693</p> <p>Pay Range: $50-60</p> <p>Duration: 6-12 month. potential contract to hire.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>INTEGRATED PROGRAM PLANNER will support the Program Planning organization through providing functional support of the Reentry Organization in support of program execution planning activities. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for updating an IMP and creating future fiscal year IMS's </li><li>Ensure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule </li><li>Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team </li><li>Update the schedule monthly and ensure data analysis is completed and provided to management. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a program planning capacity </li><li>Experience with planning/ scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, etc.) including resource loading labor hours/Audit </li><li>Planning/ scheduling experience on programs requiring EVM </li><li>Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS) </li><li>US Citizenship with a an ability to obtain a security clearance </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Project Server or Open Plan Professional and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro </li><li>Some experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance </li><li>Some experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques </li><li>Strong influencing and relationship management skills </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team </li><li>Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines </li><li>Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality </li><li>US Citizenship preferably with a Secret Security Clearance </li></ul> <p>Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable t-state law.
