<p>Retail Keyholder</p> <p>POSITION DESCRIPTION AND KEY MEASURES</p> <p>Department: Retail Operations</p> <p>Location: Store Location</p> <p>Report to: DM</p> <p>Number of direct reports:</p> <p>POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION:</p> <p>Position Summary: We're seeking an energetic and responsible Keyholder to join our retail team. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security protocols, and daily reporting </li><li>Lead sales floor operations and guide team members to achieve sales goals </li><li>Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences </li><li>Support inventory management, including receiving shipments and maintaining stock levels </li><li>Monitor and prevent loss through proper shrink control procedures </li><li>Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store appearance </li><li>Train and mentor sales associates on company policies and procedures </li><li>Assist in daily operations including POS transactions, returns, and customer inquiries </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills </li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays </li><li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds </li><li>Passion for fashion and retail industry trends </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualities:</p> <ul> <li>Natural leadership abilities with a team-first mindset </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Strong brand ambassador qualities and professional appearance </li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Results-driven with a focus on sales performance </li></ul> <p>KEY MEASURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES</p> <p>Key Performance Indicator</p> <p>Benchmark</p> <ul> <li>Cash Variance Reporting </li><li>Weekly on Friday's </li><li>Variance investigations </li><li>Any variance above $50.00 </li><li>Zendesk ticket response </li><li>Within 48 hours </li><li>Sales reconciliations </li><li>Day 3 of EOM week </li><li>Monthly Turnover reporting </li><li>By 7th of each month </li><li>Balance Sheet reconciliations </li><li>Day 10 of EOM week </li></ul> <p>Other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required.</p>
