<p>Skill: Senior Python Hadoop Developer</p> <ul> <li>Must have extensive hands on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software web applications in Big Data and Data Streaming Platforms using MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc. </li><li>Experience in design and implement tools and frameworks for reusability and standards. </li><li>Ability to lead the team and deliver the feature, functionalities in a fast-paced SAFe Agile environment. </li><li>Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software frameworks using Kafka, Spark, Hadoop/MR, Spark Streaming etc. </li><li>Hands on experience on implementing CI/CD using the Atlassian ecosystem. </li><li>Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals in either Java or Python. </li><li>Ensure the solution development, release and op teams have the proper tools and training for success. </li><li>Collaborate with Solution Architects and technology groups to designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. </li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of the whole product, it's modules and the interrelationship between them while being expert in the assigned component or module. </li><li>Experience in designing and programming small modules and large components and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area. </li><li>Experience in capturing the system level requirements by brainstorming with Senior Architects, Data Architects, Business, and Product Managers. </li><li>Will identify the scope of the work, provide initial estimate and justify the estimates with facts. </li><li>Drive and maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, and code quality automation, innovation and experimentation. </li><li>Experience in assessing the application performance to make improvements through better design and best coding practices, as necessary. </li><li>Experience managing and leading small development teams in an Agile environment. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery of technology solutions - e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholders meetings, change controls, and tollgates. </li><li>Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple technology teams. </li><li>Facilitates dependency management, risk managements, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables. </li><li>Promotes and facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Articulate clear updates and critical path. </li><li>Gathers and facilitates project updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to deliver, risks/issues and schedule. </li><li>Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders. </li><li>Identify any emerging risks/issues, escalated as needed, and identify critical path to resolve. </li><li>Execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments. </li><li>Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and maintain evidence and systems for record for change. </li><li>Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. </li><li>Strong MS Excel skills to ensure cost reconciled with other systems of records. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range - $85,000-$115,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-NS2</p>
