In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring workforce operations run smoothly, building strong relationships with both teammates and client partners, and creating real impact on a daily basis.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling. </li><li>Serve as the key point of contact between the client, our branch, and the onsite workforce. </li><li>Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires. </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with both teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance. </li><li>Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and assist with meeting client expectations. </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely reporting in line with branch and client requirements. </li><li>Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies. </li></ul> <p>Ideal Candidate</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management. </li><li>Familiarity with the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>A relationship builder who thrives on helping others succeed. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At Onin Staffing, we empower our employees through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), ensuring you share in our success.
