<p>Job Overview:</p> <p>A Lab Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring accurate and timely testing of patient samples for biochemical markers.</p> <p>Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining quality control, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards -e,g, CAP, CLIA, and TJC.</p> <p>The Supervisor collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment, oversees inventory and budgeting, and implements new methodologies and technologies.
