<p>The HVAC Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls. </li><li>Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed. </li><li>Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call. </li><li>Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion. </li><li>Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out. </li><li>Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times. </li><li>Follow safety policies and procedures. </li><li>Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics. </li><li>Respecting the customer's property. </li><li>Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes. </li><li>Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>GED or High School Diploma </li><li>Associate's degree in related field preferred </li><li>Ability to pass NATE Core Test </li><li>Solid communication and customer service skills </li><li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record </li><li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. </li></ul> <p>We offer GREAT benefits, including a 401K with company match, company vehicle, training, room for advancement, and great earning potential.
