<p>Description</p> <p>Conducts all inspections and documentation to ensure Quality specifications are met on a timely basis.</p> <p>Accountabilities: (Tasks listed below may vary depending upon assigned location)</p> <ul> <li>Assists Supervisor with assigning employees to work stations. </li><li>Inspect and audit orders for accuracy, content and specifications utilizing systems where appropriate. </li><li>Provides a quality standard for presser/packers or assemblers to use as a guideline for product quality. </li><li>Assist supervisor with random audits. Documents results. </li><li>Evaluates process/product through required inspections to ensure conformity to standardized process specifications and quality standards. Documents results. </li><li>Determines acceptability of product and/or process with respect to company standards and specifications and notifies supervisor of any quality manufacturing problems found during audits. </li><li>Assists supervisor in Root Cause analysis of Quality/Accuracy issues and recommends corrective action. May assist with any recommended re?training. </li><li>Performs a variety of clerical functions including filing, record keeping and maintenance of reports. Inputs information into computer system. </li><li>Assists with periodic verification of flow racks for accuracy (lot trace, qty, manufacturing issues). </li><li>Verify line clearance process is followed. </li><li>Assist QA with verification regarding expired product in the flow racks. </li><li>Follows all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP's). </li><li>Performs various other duties as assigned including assisting with the training of new employees. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent or related experience. </li><li>Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing. Basic knowledge of arithmetic. </li><li>For Distribution, minimum of one?year Quality Coordinator or Distribution experience preferred. </li><li>For Manufacturing, minimum of one?year Production experience preferred. </li><li>Must be able to lift 25 pounds. </li><li>Must demonstrate leadership ability. </li><li>Ability to navigate in computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet & Intranet. </li><li>Must successfully pass written and practical tests and achieve scores equivalent to national standards. </li><li>Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends. </li><li>Must be available to work all shifts. </li><li>Must be available to work in all Northtec facilities as needed. </li><li>May require a criminal background check. </li><li>Equipment Used Calculator, personal computer and quality manufacturing equipment. </li></ul>
