<p>Experience of managing large SAP S4 HANA transformation projects as Enterprise Solution Architect with BTP adaptation as one of the core objectives.</p> <p>Strong experience in solution design across multiple functional areas and having strong Integration experience with SAP cloud solutions / non-SAP application landscape with BTP as the platform</p> <p>Strong experience of stakeholder management for a global program</p> <p>Strong experience of customer expectation management and address the potential issues through a pro-active approach with help of the implementation team</p> <p>Experience in overall team management with good interpersonal skills</p> <p>Bring in strong business process knowledge on manufacturing processes and integration scenarios related to a typical manufacturing business</p> <p>Strong cross functional leadership by working together with SAP functional consultants with different skills with the ability to look at the end-to-end processes and understand capabilities, services, features of BTP to integrate with SAP S/4 HANA product architecture</p> <p>Coordinating with business, during design, configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities</p> <p>Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives</p> <p>Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements</p> <p>Experience leading sales opportunities</p> <p>Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $275,000 per annum</p> <p>#LI-SV2</p>
