We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the Talent Management team at our Downtown Indianapolis Fairbanks location on a Hybrid schedule.</p> <p>The Project Manager partners closely with talent management leadership and team to assist in the design, implementation and monitoring of two enterprise Talent Management programs - Performance Management and Succession Management. Serves as a subject matter expert on the performance and succession system, and supports HR partners, talent management team, leaders, and team members in various processes related to the Talent Management. Supports system configuration/customization to ensure programs are built with a strong "user experience" that drives the right program objectives and business outcomes. Provides training, troubleshooting and guidance to leaders and team members related to performance or succession related inquiries. Supports the development of tools, resources, and trainings for leaders, team, members and other stakeholders. Ensures quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department.
