<p>What We Do - Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Assures support of Account Manager for a specific geographic region. </li><li>Assures support of Account Manager for achievement of financial goals. </li><li>Goals include sales and gross margin targets by account </li><li>Partner and brand health (sales and store growth, traffic and conversion metrics, inventory management) will also be measured against goals </li><li>Assures strong partnership broader account management team helping to build tools and execute the new strongly-brand-directed operating model </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Market planning - creating line sheets and other market meeting tools, merchandising and receipt flow by month, inventory, pricing and competitive analyses </li><li>Supporting order placement and management and working closely with the Demand Planning/Operations team on all follow up </li><li>Tracking marketing and brand building plans and calendars including specific spend by vehicle, activities, required collateral </li><li>Analyzing partner 4-wall contribution </li><li>Ensuring partner execution of all brand guidelines, visual merchandising directives, store design, marketing commitments, and all other aspects of brand management </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications & Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred </li><li>Some work experience in retail, fashion, branding, international, consumer goods or services, or other related areas. </li><li>Fluency in Spanish or Japanese highly required; Mandarin, Korean, and other languages a plus </li><li>Quantitative and analytical abilities </li><li>Professional relationship builder </li><li>Written and verbal communication </li><li>Financial acumen - strong understanding of retail economics </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements and/or Environment</p> <ul> <li>Office/ Cubicle </li></ul>
