If this sounds like you, come grow with us as we continue to build a sustainable tomorrow together!</p> <p>Key Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own competitiveness of product line globally and have accountability for product budget and ownership of product plan (product planning)</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with Commercial offering manager to collect commercial input & feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with Operations SPOC to develop maintenance targets and collect feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with key stake holders in BD, Procurement, Technology, Engineering & Execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Technology to ensure alignment of product and technology roadmaps as well as incorporation of new technology into the product line.</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive benchmarking, product design & improvement, commercialize products through stage gate, quarterly key stakeholder updates, reconcile with execution</p> </li><li> <p>Work with regional product engineers in Europe and China on HRS localization requirements for supply chain & execution strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Proposal Engineering teams globally to keep cost tools up to date and execution strategies (bid forward opportunities).</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and train commercial teams on product lines.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and train new product line resources on HRS's (support on boarding on new resources)</p> </li><li> <p>Ownership for competitive HRS supply chain.</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with SCT to establish & maintain work processes & required deliverables.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with regional product teams to ensure competitive local offerings including Europe and China.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify product resourcing needs & feed into GRP process. Meet with functional leads to ensure there is a clear understanding of product support needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow product EPs including Stage Gate work process for product development and product maintenance (eg. MOC, feedback and product planning)</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, engineering, technology development, supply chain, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of product planning, competitive benchmarking, and commercialization processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with international teams, particularly in Europe and China, is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to interface with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Technology, and Business Development teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong skills in managing complex product roadmaps, execution strategies, and new technology integration.</p> </li><li> <p>Process & Compliance: Familiarity with stage gate product development processes, change management (MOC), and feedback loops.</p> </li></ul> <p>What's In It for You:</p> <p>At Air Products we foster a culture of inclusion where every voice is heard, and everyone feels they belong and matter.
