<p>ALL Aerials, LLC</p> <p>Parts & Service Department Administrator</p> <p>Richfield, OH (44286)</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>ALL Aerials, LLC is seeking a Parts & Service Department Administrator with solid general office skills. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a candidate sign-on bonus of $100 after 100 days of continuous employment.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Purchase new or additional stock via phone, email or web portal </li><li>Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer </li><li>Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. </li><li>Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in stockrooms, or other areas. </li><li>Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. </li><li>Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued </li><li>Issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming work orders, purchase orders or requisitions </li><li>Other tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred </li><li>Detail oriented and organized </li><li>Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed </li><li>Able to sit for longs periods of time </li><li>Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment </li><li>Able to lift up to 40lbs. </li><li>Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
