<p>Middle School Science Teacher</p> <p>Maple Crest Middle STEM School</p> <p>Grade Levels: 6-8</p> <p>Positions begin with the 2024-2025 School Year</p> <p>Responsibilities: Prepare students for changing world in which they live; provide diverse</p> <p>learning opportunities using scientific inquiry, technological & engineering design, mathematical</p> <p>analysis, and project/problem-based experiences with a Science, Technology, Engineering &</p> <p>Math (STEM) focus; receive ongoing training for STEM; participate in district and building level</p> <p>professional development; revise curriculum based upon STEM concepts; collaborate with other</p> <p>STEM teachers.</p> <p>Certification and Qualifications: Valid Indiana teaching license with middle school certification</p> <p>(Grades 6-8) in Science required; demonstration of leadership; strong skills in interpersonal</p> <p>communication and collaboration; history of using differentiated strategies in instruction;</p> <p>demonstrated ability to integrate technology in instruction.</p> <p>Deadline to receive applications: Friday, March 21, 2025.
