<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for supporting the plant financial systems and reporting.This includes meeting deadlines for financial reporting and compliance with laws and company policywith financial processes and transactions. Areas of responsibilities include fixed assets, month endfinancial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and working with a variety of companywide employees.</p> <p>Essential functions of the job:</p> <ul> <li>Partners with plant leadership and Commercial teams to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts as required. </li><li>Reviews and audits BOMs to ensure accurate costing. </li><li>Ensures financial control environment is compliant with applicable laws and YFAI financial policies. </li><li>Coordinates supplierpurchase order amendments, prices changes related to procurement agreements, engineering changes, orother cost reduction initiatives. </li><li>Performs and maintains all functions related to Product Costing System. </li><li>Monitors performance to forecast and provides early communication to plant leadership when budget concerns or opportunities arise. </li><li>Participates in VA/VE/CR implementation timing and cost tracking. </li><li>Produces all reports necessary for month-end closing, supervisors on-site accounting personnel. </li><li>Prepares daily measurables for reporting instaff meeting. </li><li>Assists department managers in analysis of data. </li><li>Performs other duties deemed necessary by the Plant controller or Group Accounting. </li></ul> <p>Required Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Level Degree </li><li>Accounting, Finance or similar. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-7 Minimum Years of Experience withFinance. </li><li>Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry. </li><li>Must be able and willing to travel if needed. </li><li>3 years of Manufacturing, Accounting, and supervision experience </li><li>Computer literacy. </li><li>Proficient organizational skills. </li><li>Excellent oral communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Our Investment in You</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Compensation Packages </li><li>11 PaidHolidays </li><li>PTO </li><li>Medical, Dental,and Vision Benefits </li><li>401k Savings </li><li>Rewarding Healthy Behavior Program </li><li>Life and Disability Insurance </li><li>Supplemental Health Plans </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Company Discount Program </li></ul>
