<p>Position: Operations Specialist</p> <p>Location: Remote</p> <p>Work Environment: Remote</p> <p>Clearance Required: Public Trust</p> <p>Status: Contingent</p> <p>Knowesis is currently seeking a strong Operations Specialist to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Health Agency (DHA) Primary Care Behavioral Health Expert Trainers program.</p> <p>The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Scheduling of meetings and preparation of reports </li><li>Providing Operations support for the PCBH program, consisting of developing and maintaining repository as directed (e.g., Sharepoint, TEAMS, ) </li><li>Coordinate for group and trainings </li><li>Assist with preparation of training materials </li><li>Maintain training completion trackers and roster/contact information for staff and related to clinical pathways. </li><li>Coordinate internal and external workgroups </li><li>Provide project coordination services consisting of assisting with implementation, execution, administration, and evaluation of projects </li><li>Preparation and dissemination of reports </li><li>Communicate with personnel across the Military Health System (MHS) to schedule trainings, respond to questions, verify training attendance </li><li>Be reachable by telephone </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High level of expertise with the following systems: Microsoft Suite including Access, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat </li><li>Strong, professional oral and written communication skills </li><li>Highly organized with ability to plan ahead </li><li>3 years experience operations support </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5 years experience in operations support </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business or related field </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Health (PPO & HDHP) Insurance, Dental, Vision, STD & LTD, Basic Life Insurance, 401k Company Match, & Voluntary Products. </li></ul> <p>Knowesis is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals based on merit and qualifications.
