This role involves providing guidance, support, and training to team members, as well as ensuring that they are providing high-quality respiratory care to patients.</p> <p>Does this position require Patient Care?</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Hires, trains, and supervises respiratory therapists, including setting performance standards, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations. </li><li>Ensures that respiratory therapists are providing appropriate care to patients, and that care is consistent with established protocols and guidelines. </li><li>Monitors the quality of care provided by the team, and takes steps to address any deficiencies or issues that arise. </li><li>Oversee the maintenance and repair of respiratory therapy equipment, and ensure that equipment is functioning properly. </li><li>Manages the budget for respiratory therapy services, and ensures that resources are allocated properly. </li><li>Maintains accurate records of patient care and other administrative tasks related to respiratory therapy services. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy required or Bachelor's Degree Respiratory Therapy preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
