Apply now to be a part of our growing team!</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise machine shop personnel </li><li>Promote a customer-focused culture within the organization </li><li>Schedule and prioritize machining jobs </li><li>Operate machining tools and machines </li><li>Order raw materials </li><li>Manage all quality records associated with the shop </li><li>Coordinate with Engineering on R&D projects and assist with design reviews </li><li>Create simple jigs, fixtures, and tooling needed for the machine </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>Supervisory training and/or experience </li><li>5 years of experience with setup and operation of CNC machine tools </li><li>Ability to multi task </li><li>Experience with 3-axis milling is required </li><li>Experience with Solidworks or equivalent CAD software is required </li><li>Experience with 5-axis milling is preferred </li><li>EDM experience preferred </li><li>Advanced knowledge of machine tools and the ability to read prints and sketches </li></ul> <p>Join us and contribute to our success in a dynamic environment where your expertise is valued!</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer: disability/veteran</p>
