Position Sales Manager Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location MH Sales Description</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Reybold Group, LLC., a rapidly growing company, knows that our success begins and ends with our people. Join us as a Home Sales Manager in our Manufactured Homes Division. In this role you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the New and Pre-Owned Sales personnel, as well as initiating and carrying out the modular and manufactures (mobile) home sales programs and administering company policies.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating between the Sales and the Sales Service Departments and, when appropriate, other company departments. </li><li>As head of Sales, consulting as to policy and operation of Sales Department and suggests appropriate changes. </li><li>Ensuring that all Sales activities conform to the laws and regulations of all county, state and federal governmental authorities. </li><li>Developing annual sales plan while analyzing and controling expenditures of the departments to conform to budgetary requirements. </li><li>Analyzing sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist sales personnel in promoting sales. </li><li>Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates. </li><li>Initiating and developing sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company. </li><li>Preparing and analyzing quarterly customer sales and service reports showing sales volume, service data, potential trends, problems and recommendations. </li><li>Developing and preparing all sales advertisements, literature and manuals. </li><li>Developing vendor sources of marketable homes to insure continuity of quality, supply and price. </li><li>Purchasing and maintaining proper inventory levels of homes to maximize sales within the agreed upon management guidelines. </li><li>Approving all special orders to vendor confirming all specifications and financial data. </li><li>Directing new product research to improve product line. </li><li>Evaluating competitors' actions, products and locations to ensure the company is competitive in product, quality and prices while striving to be the leader in product innovation while remaining the lost cost producer. </li><li>Participating in career-appropriate training, seminars, and industry meetings to continually develop skills and promote understanding of the manufactured housing business. </li><li>Employing, supervising, training, and terminating all sales employees. </li><li>Directing staffing and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs. </li><li>Implementing policies and operating procedures as defined in the Employee Manual and offers suggestions for improvements to Management. </li><li>Developing, maintaining, and disseminating throughout the Sales Department a basic management philosophy designed to effectively guide all departmental personnel toward optimum operating results, employee morale and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Ensuring that a high standard of ethics is applied to all customers. </li><li>On a timely basis, directing current product evaluation and feasibility studies to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line. </li><li>Maintaining vigilant inspection of all unsold homes and company property and makes recommendations and/or arranges for repairs of any problem areas. </li><li>Obtaining pre-owned listing opportunities in all Reybold and non-Reybold manufactured home communities. </li><li>Taking all necessary steps to assure that the Sales offices and premises are maintained in a sanitary and secure manner at all times and thus assure the health and welfare of all employees, visitors and customers. </li><li>Representing the company at trade show meetings to promote and protect the interest of the company as defined by Management. </li><li>Reviewing industry publications as to updates on product and sales information to be able to anticipate industry trends </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum two-year college degree in related field </li><li>Two to five years' work related experience </li><li>Minimum five years' sales experience </li><li>Manufactured Home Sale experience a plus </li><li>Must be able to calculate and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions </li><li>Proficiency with accounting and spreadsheet software packages </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, policies, legal documents and financial statements </li><li>Ability to write complete reports, business correspondence and financial and legal documents </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with managers, employees, customers, and general public </li><li>Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>Up to two-thirds of total work
