<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Rotating Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic, is looking for a full-time Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team!</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Full Time, 1 FTE, 40hrs/week, with day and evening requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Pharmacists work 8 hour shifts on weekdays, 12 hour shifts on weekends. </li><li>Pharmacists work one weekend per month. </li><li>Holidays rotate among pharmacists. </li></ul> <p>:</p> <p>The Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmacy services to patients, physicians, and co-workers through accepted practices, policies, and legal requirements of federal and state regulations. The Pharmacist will provide clinical support services to support a full range of pharmacy operations. Central pharmacy activities includes reviewing patient profiles at the time of dispensing medications, ensuring prescription directions are appropriate, and other duties related to pharmacist services. As a decentralized Pharmacist, you will work collaboratively with physicians and nurses to provide care to the patient.
