Ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis. This individual will have a key role in integration of acquisitions and the overall financial reporting of acquired businesses. The Senior Accountant will work directly with cross-functional teams, including finance, treasury, and operations. </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li>Assist and support Acquisition accounting activities, including financial due diligence, integration, and reporting of acquisition related financial data </li><li>Assist with the preparation of financial budgets, forecast, and analysis of acquired business financial results </li><li>Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts </li><li>Assist in the preparation of post-acquisition integration plans, including streamlining financial processes and aligning reporting systems </li><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting packages </li><li>Research and assemble data </li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field </li><li>3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert </li><li>Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Effective customer service skills </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Ability to work in team environment as well as independently </li><li>Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities </li></ul> <p>#LI-MM2 #LI-Hybrid</p>
