<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Position</p> <p>The Organon Security & Resilience Services (SRS) function is responsible for the security strategies, policies and programs designed to protect Organon personnel, products, and property/operations including matters related to security threats, illicit actions, crisis management, executive protection, insider risk, global travel risk management, product integrity & supply chain security, and the protection of sensitive information, and manages actions to investigate and protect the Company's interests.</p> <p>As the Associate Director - Security & Resilience Services, US Region, reporting to the Executive Director Security & Resilience Services, you will play a critical role in supporting the Organon Security & Resilience Services department on a global scale. In addition to being the lead process owner for US site security needs, this role will support the Insider Risk program, Executive Protection program, Product Integrity program, Protective Intelligence program and Crisis Management program. Within this integral and matrixed role, you will ensure Organon founders have the best possible experience and the highest quality of security services.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and oversee site security matters, systems, incidents and response for US sites (PA/NJ).</p> </li><li> <p>Support Security & Resilience program implementation within the US with the oversight of the Executive Director for:</p> </li><li> <p>Critical Events - Provide program management and oversight for US Incident Management Team related to exercising, training, awareness, and response.</p> </li><li> <p>Management of Counterfeit, Diversion, and Tampering incidents and/or investigations within the US.</p> </li><li> <p>Support corporate investigations.</p> </li><li> <p>Support Executive Protection needs, both intelligence-related and operational.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide Protective Intelligence monitoring and response support. Support strategic intelligence reporting for the US region, and globally, when required.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the security system daily operations including access control, CCTV, alarms, badges and other related systems in the US region.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee operational management of the electronic security systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide metrics and reporting on programs, as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for vendor and expense management in areas of oversight.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and foster collaborative stakeholder relationships and champion the Security & Resilience Department across the US Region and within the Company.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain liaison with local law enforcement as directed by the Executive Director, Security & Resilience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience and Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in related field, such as International Relations, Intelligence, Security, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications a plus (Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate Protection Professional (APP), Intelligence Certifications/Training (various).</p> </li><li> <p>At least five years of relevant experience in security and intelligence in an international organization public/private sector environment. Prior experience with a pharmaceutical company, preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience within a 24/7 intelligence monitoring function.</p> </li><li> <p>Intelligence collection and reporting experience. Experience with DLP alert assessment a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>A strategic mindset with a service attitude, constantly working towards satisfying the needs of our users.
