OneStream Managers reengineer the way our clients do business by maximizing efficiencies across functional, industry, technical and/or digital areas.</p> <p>The work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.</p> </li><li> <p>Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure decision-making positively impacts the team in which one resides.</p> </li><li> <p>Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.</p> </li><li> <p>Involvement in growing the practice by supporting the new business proposal process - business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify business development opportunities by building both internal and external network of professionals.</p> </li><li> <p>Support requests for proposals.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver and develop functional OneStream solutions that meet business requirements, with deep OneStream technical subject matter expertise.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years of combined performance management consulting or corporate experience. Experience must include a solid understanding of the planning function.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years working knowledge and expertise in the performance management function. This may include, but not limited to, data, planning, analytics, and technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience designing and developing EPM solutions/, preferably OneStream platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience with multi-dimensional cubes. Understands how data integration, data/metadata transformation, security, and reporting structures work in OneStream.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and quick views in OneStream.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience designing OneStream Planning and Financial Close and Consolidation modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience with end-end System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Completed one of the OneStream application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators or Essentials Trainings)</p> </li><li> <p>Completed any OneStream level 2 courses</p> </li><li> <p>Experience designing and/or developing OneStream modules (SML, People Planning, CAPEX, Thing Planning, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience designing and/or developing solutions with similar planning and analytics technologies like Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Obtained OneStream Certifications</p> </li><li> <p>Proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment</p> </li><li> <p>Desire to work in an information systems environment</p> </li><li> <p>Desire to learn modern technologies like AI/ML and how they augment EPM</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
