As valued team members, students are also encouraged to share and implement their own ideas, enhancing both their personal growth and the collective success of the team.</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:</p> <ul> <li>Improve Physical Logistics INNOVATION with Business Case Realization (Cost / Benefit Ratio / Justification). </li><li>IMPACT Digitalization of Logistics with AI, BI and Data Analytics (IT configurable). </li><li>Implementation of 5-Year innovation plan including AR / VR, and Best Practice Training. </li><li>Strategize Strategic Development of the Workforce for the Future with supporting technology. </li><li>Increase the APP Landscape and Usage in Logistics to improve Quality and Efficiency. </li><li>Improve Work Organization (Measurables) and Key Process Indicator Transparency. </li><li>Implementation of Power BI, DataRobot, Celonis, other Data Analytical Tools. </li><li>Huge focus on Problem Solving in a dynamic environment including Data Modelling. </li><li>Manage projects and implementation with IT and Production with a focus on AGILE Working Methods. </li><li>Value Stream Process, Process Mapping, Waste Reduction, and usage of JIRA / Confluence. </li><li>Improve Best Practice Sharing (VPS Communication, Newsletters, and Training). </li><li>Improve Processes daily for Associates, Process Leaders, Key Users & Section Leaders. </li><li>Ensure Target Achievement (current and future) with Strategic Planning / Technology. </li><li>Find and implement solutions for more effective processes in TX-16 Physical Logistics. </li><li>Work with Plant (Hall 50 & Hall 52) along with Warehouse Functions (LC01, LC05, LCX, VZ3 & others). </li><li>Improve Daily Operations including Processes, Training, Tools, and Digitalization. </li><li>Implement solutions with IT incl. SAP, Android Devices, Autonomous Devices, and AR / VR. </li><li>Lead Electronic Board and Data Transparency, Usage of Statistics, and Problem Solving. </li><li>Work with Teams to determine Process Improvements. </li><li>INNOVATION with Road Shows, BMW IT Academy, and Strategic H.R.
