<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>Implementation experience on Fusion HCM Offerings: Workforce Deployment (Core HR), Talent Management, Workforce Development (Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession), Absence Administration, Benefits, Compensation Management, Payroll, Security and HCM Data Loader (HDL). Working experience on different applications such as ADP HRB, ADP PayExpert, Workday Integration, Cybergrants, Ultipro systems and with tools such as TOAD, SQL* Plus, PVCS, WinSCP etc. Experience on OIC is plus.</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>As Application Lead / Technical Lead / Sr. Developer - Should be able to coordinate and deliver Fusion Cloud HCM support tasks and upgrades timely to make sure all security and existing functionality should be as is. Should be managing response and resolution SLAs for self and for team. Should be actively involved on pre-upgrade and post-upgrade activities. Should be closely working with Oracle for SRs, new product releases, upgrades/patches/fixes.
