If you're looking for a dynamic role where challenges turn into opportunities and strategic thinking is valued, we invite you to be part of our team.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Negotiation & Deal Structuring - Lead negotiations with borrowers, restructuring loans or identifying alternative repayment solutions that align with both bank and borrower interests. </li><li>Client Relationship Building - Work directly with distressed commercial borrowers to understand their financial situations, negotiate repayment solutions, and create pathways for financial stability. </li><li>Financial & Credit Analysis - Collaborate with analysts to evaluate loan structures, assess risk, and determine the best course of action for recovery and asset resolution. </li><li>Strategic Portfolio Management - Take charge of a portfolio of classified commercial assets, assessing business viability and repayment sources to develop tailored recovery strategies. </li><li>Collaborative Leadership - Serve as a mentor and resource for Commercial Lenders, Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, and other bank professionals, helping to strengthen overall risk management strategies. </li><li>Market & Economic Insight - Stay ahead of regional and national economic trends, financing shifts, and industry developments to make informed lending and recovery decisions. </li></ul> <p>Legal & Risk Management Coordination - Work closely with bank counsel to navigate complex loan proposals, commitment letters, and legal issues to secure optimal outcomes.</p> <ul> <li>Precision & Compliance in Loan Documentation - Oversee and verify that loan agreements are accurate, complete, and in full compliance with policy requirements. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field </li><li>Experience: 3-5 years of experience in loan structuring, credit analysis, and financial statement review, with a focus on special assets or distressed debt resolution. </li><li>Financial Expertise: Proven ability to assess borrower financial health, identify risks, and develop strategic recovery plans. </li><li>Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and loan structuring using industry-standard tools and software. </li><li>Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Demonstrated experience negotiating loan modifications, restructures, and workout agreements to drive positive outcomes. </li><li>Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan workout regulations, compliance guidelines, and banking policies related to distressed assets. </li><li>Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with borrowers, legal counsel, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership </li></ul>
