<p>Pritchard Industries is a leading national facilities service company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. With a focus on excellence and innovation, we provide a wide range of facility management solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and related tasks. You will be responsible for various payroll duties including reviewing and exporting hours out of the Time & Attendance software, weekly payroll processing, handling union reports, and other related administrative tasks as required. This position will be a hybrid role between Bridgewater, NJ and the NYC office.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process multi-state payroll for union, exempt and non-exempt employees </li><li>Prepare, reconcile, review, and process weekly payroll </li><li>Ensure compliance with CBAs, union rules, and labor regulations </li><li>Calculate and process union-specific payroll deductions, including union dues, pension contributions, and other mandated deductions </li><li>Maintaining union rate sheets </li><li>Preparing monthly union reports </li><li>Track and update sick/vacation time </li><li>Communicating updates, discrepancies, and other issues with the Payroll Corp team </li><li>Ensuring accurate processing and recording of all company payroll </li><li>Working close with the contracting and operations departments to ensure accurate payroll operations </li><li>Assist with Quarter end/Year-end payroll processes </li><li>Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues </li><li>Maintain accurate payroll records and files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive knowledge and experience with payroll and benefits administration </li><li>Minimum of 4 years' experience with multi-state payroll </li><li>Minimum 4 years experience in HR/Payroll is highly preferred </li><li>Multi-state/multi-union payroll experience highly preferred </li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Experience in working in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word - intermediate level) </li><li>Basic understanding of HR & Payroll processes and data </li><li>Experience with UKG a plus </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Management) preferred </li><li>CPP is a plus </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000/year (dependent on relevant experience) </li><li>Paid holidays and vacation time </li><li>Health Benefits Package </li><li>Ancillary benefits-Life insurance, Long Term Disability, FSA, and Dependent Spending care </li><li>401K </li><li>Opportunity for growth </li></ul> <p>EEO Notice:</p> <p>Pritchard Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, creed, genetic information, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender; gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition, age, disability, or handicap, servicemember status, relationship or association with a protected veteran, and any other category protected by Federal, state, or local law.</p>
