We offer 100% vertical integration capabilities such as end-to-end engineering, manufacturing, and in-house logistics.</p> <p>We're proud of our Tier 1 supplier legacy for manufacturing propulsion-agnostic, structural automotive components, and assemblies around the globe.</p> <p>To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:</p> <ul> <li>Work with cross-functional teams of customers, suppliers, program managers, and plant operations to ensure the effectiveness of the AUTOKINITON supply chain. </li><li>Conducts supplier capabilities and assessment audits. </li><li>Review, analyze, and approve supplier PPAP submissions in coordination with AUTOKINITON's receiving plant quality team. </li><li>Provide guidance for supplier-based issues (approves rework and 3rd party requirements). </li><li>Assists Supplier in establishing product quality standards. Determines product/material acceptability and best practices for boundary samples. </li><li>Suggests and reviews alternative solutions for product or material problems. </li></ul> <p>This salary role is a part of our Quality team and reports to the Quality Manager.</p> <p>Required experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent industrial design experience. </li><li>Minimum two (2) years in quality engineering or supplier development preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of standard quality practices, ex.
