<p>Pasteurizer Operator 3rd Shift</p> <p>#31169</p> <p>Location: Franklin, MA</p> <p>Company: Garelick Farms</p> <p>Category: Manufacturing</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmers of America, is excited to announce an opening for a</p> <p>Pasteurizer Operator 3rd Shift position!</p> <p>We offer excellent benefits and competitive pay with</p> <p>great growth opportunities!</p> <p>Sundays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm to 6:30am.</p> <p>Mondays and Thursdays from 10pm to 6:30am.</p> <p>GENERAL PURPOSE</p> <p>Operate pasteurizer to ensure product is pasteurized and safe at or above production and quality standards.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Operate pasteurizer in compliance with state and federal guidelines. </li><li>Obtain milk and cream samples for testing by lab to include raw and processed product. </li><li>Wash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and any other equipment as needed. </li><li>Produce product according to guidelines and separate into correct batches. </li><li>Follow recipe guidelines for all products produced. </li><li>Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately. </li><li>Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues. </li><li>Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. </li><li>The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
