Full state employee benefits included* </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The 3D department at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design seeks an accomplished artist working in ceramic processes to join the faculty in a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.</p> <p>Faculty in the Fine Arts 3D Department teach studio courses, generally split between requirements in one of the five majors, required core classes for all majors, and studio elective courses. It is expected that successful candidates' teaching workload may also include teaching first-year Studio Foundation Program courses. All-College Committee and Departmental service are required.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>An MFA OR </li><li>A Bachelor's Degree with a substantial record of achievement (5 or more years) and significant competency in the field of ceramics </li><li>Skills & Teaching Experience </li><li>Studio and teaching practices with a focus on ceramic processes and outcomes </li><li>Experience teaching at the College level (2 years minimum) </li><li>A consistent professional exhibition record </li><li>Clear potential or demonstrated ability to work effectively with and benefit a diverse student population. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to and/or interest in teaching digital fabrication technologies </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>A Master of Fine Arts degree with a focus in Ceramics </li><li>3 years teaching at the College level </li><li>Demonstrated ability to teach a range of materials and processes </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Please note MassArt:</p> <ul> <li>Does not support employment-based visa sponsorship or non-student exchange visitor visa sponsorship. </li><li>Is not an E-Verify institution. </li></ul> <p>Selected candidates must be eligible to work in the US at the time of employment, complete all onboarding tasks including a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) and Sex Offender Registry Information (SORI) background review and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US by completing the Form 19, Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.</p> <p>You are required to show proof of your identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of the start of your employment.
