You are a strategic problem solver with extensive consulting and industry experience. You are a clear and effective communicator, and you have an open, relatable manner with clients and colleagues. You have a flair for breaking down processes into logical parts and constructing crystal-clear reasoning and analyses-an aptitude you use to decimate problems.</p> <p>You also are:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong critical thinker with the ability to understand client challenges and define the right strategies and solutions that meet their specific market and organizational needs</p> </li><li> <p>Able to partner with Utility clients including Chief Customer Officers, Business Strategy leads, and Customer Operations leaders to make bold decisions intersecting business, digital technology, and operations</p> </li><li> <p>Fluent in trends in Utilities, digital, commerce, and sales - positioning Accenture as a thought leader and trusted advisor in front of clients</p> </li><li> <p>Have a high-level understanding on how technology platforms and ecosystems fit into the digital world and how digital technology is changing business</p> </li><li> <p>Able to build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further growth and value creation within existing and new client engagements</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, including compelling storytelling around insights, challenges, and solutions for an executive audience</p> </li></ul> <p>The work:</p> <p>The individual will apply their industry expertise working directly with clients to bring strategic thinking to their challenges in digital, commerce, and sales.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Understand client needs, develop new strategies, and deliver high impact solutions that deliver value to clients</p> </li><li> <p>Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation, customer commercial operations, within Utilities sectors, positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor</p> </li><li> <p>Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation of digital strategies and solutions that meet client expectations for timeline, budget, and quality</p> </li><li> <p>Lead value analysis to generate insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture across digital capability areas</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues</p> </li><li> <p>Grow your expertise and coach junior team members to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further growth and value creation within existing and new client engagements</p> </li><li> <p>Support the profitability?of?client engagements, and identify opportunities?for extension, cross-sell?or up-sell</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you'll need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years experience in the utilities space, including a robust understanding of the Utilities customer space, including market trends and challenges</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in Utilities or related industries</p> </li><li> <p>MBA or equivalent graduate degree</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of customer sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of customer back office processes and platforms like Oracle and SAP</p> </li><li> <p>Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker with at least 2 years of prior experience driving insights using analytical tools</p> </li><li> <p>Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, including experience working on multiple products or deals at the same time</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to work independently and as a team member</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
