This hands-on role will see you actively involved in the creation and implementation of fixtures, making a tangible impact on our manufacturing processes.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Innovative Design: Utilize SolidWorks to create cutting-edge assembly and welding fixtures. </li><li>Manufacturability Focus: Design with efficiency in mind to streamline production processes. </li><li>Collaborative Creation: Work closely with the team to develop fixtures, whether in-house or outsourced. </li><li>Production Assurance: Ensure fixtures are fully operational and effective in production settings. </li><li>Hands-On Engagement: Be actively involved in the creation and implementation of fixtures. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>SolidWorks Proficiency: At least 5 years of experience with SolidWorks. </li><li>Fixture Design Expertise: Proven experience in assembly and fixture design. </li><li>DFM/A Principles: Strong understanding of design for manufacturing and assembly principles. </li><li>FEA Analysis: Ability to conduct finite element analysis. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
