Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers' products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company - building lasting relationships with our customers! As a Driver, Helper Non Formula, you will assist the Driver in every aspect of the product delivery to our customers.</p> <p>The Driver, Helper Non Formula rides with and assist Drivers in the tractor trailer, tandem trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading various products in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.</p> <p>Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Assists the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. </li><li>Loads and unloading truck and/or company vehicles. </li><li>Places products in areas identified by customers. </li><li>Completes required documentation in a timely manner. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent</p> <p>6+ months in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers within foodservice industry</p> <p>Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years</p> <p>Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent</p> <p>1+ years in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers within foodservice industry</p>
