<p>The Opportunity</p> <p>Are you a data-driven professional who can transform complex financial information into actionable insights? As a Financial and Data Analyst at M3, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our strategic decisions through financial modeling and data storytelling. This position offers an exciting blend of financial analysis, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, making it an ideal opportunity for analytical minds looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization.</p> <p>How You Will Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li>Analyze financial statements and KPIs to uncover performance trends and business drivers. </li><li>Build models and conduct variance analysis to support decision-making and budgeting processes. </li><li>Create insightful dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Adaptive Insights. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and identify key drivers of business performance. </li><li>Maintain and enhance forecasting and budgeting tools, improving planning accuracy through predictive modeling. </li><li>Drive process improvements and explore emerging technologies to enhance finance operations. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Need to Succeed</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial/data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and financial functions. </li><li>Experience with budgeting and planning tools like Adaptive Insights. </li><li>Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau/QlikView/Power BI), SQL, and financial modeling. </li><li>Experience with cloud data tools (AWS, Snowflake, Azure). </li><li>Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. </li><li>CPA or related certification is preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with AMS/ERP systems like Applied Epic is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Join Us</p> <p>Your role at M3 won't be about the boundaries presented in a job description - it's about the possibilities that you can envision once you walk through the doors on your first day.
