This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to organize a maintain a strong college recruitment strategy. </li><li>Create and maintain relationships with prospective students, high school counselors, and community members. </li><li>Communicate through email, text, phone calls, and in-person with prospective students and their families about the college admissions process. </li><li>Build and make presentations at high schools and college fairs. </li><li>Give campus tours to prospective students and their families. </li><li>Plan and participate in CBC related on and off-campus activities. </li><li>Travel independently to high schools, community colleges, churches, and church camps destinations across the state with the possibility of out-of-state travel. </li><li>Collaborate with the Financial Aid office to offer award letters to prospective students. </li><li>Perform clerical work such as data entry, review of admissions-related documents, and work within various software to create, maintain, and update student files. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong oral communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive. </li><li>Thrives on genuine interpersonal connection. </li><li>Possesses strong organizational and critical thinking skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, WORD, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time. </li><li>Ability to use a computer or be in front of a computer screen for prolonged periods of time. </li><li>Ability to operate a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license. </li><li>Available to work flexible hours when needed. Available to work some nights and weekends. </li><li>Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in admissions/recruitment procedures, customer service, or related field is preferred.
