We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us on this journey toward inclusivity and excellence.</p> <p>Your Role at Delta Faucet</p> <p>We are looking for a Sales Operations & CRM Intern on our Sales Enablement team that will gain hands-on experience in data management, lead processing, campaign setup, and sales operations. This internship offers an opportunity to manage valuable data assets, ensuring its accuracy and optimizing how leads and opportunities are managed and assigned to the sales team. As an intern you'll also get exposure to our Salesforce stack and learn the fundamentals of sales operations in a fast-paced business environment.</p> <p>This position will be located in our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform data cleanup and validation to ensure accurate information before importing it into Salesforce and other systems. </li><li>Assist in maintaining and organizing lead data, improving the efficiency of our sales processes. </li><li>Learn how leads and opportunities are captured, processed, and distributed to the sales team. </li><li>Assist in creation of Salesforce campaigns to measure ROI of marketing efforts including creation of reporting dashboards. </li><li>Help identify and resolve data inconsistencies to improve sales reporting accuracy. </li><li>Gain exposure to Salesforce, learning how data is structured and utilized for sales insights. </li><li>Scheduling, coordination, and logistics for large meetings at HQ, trade shows, and customer meetings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field. </li><li>The ideal candidate will be entering their Senior year with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies. </li><li>Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools. </li><li>Interest in Salesforce and CRM systems. </li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced sales environment. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Gain in Your Internship</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience in data management, sales processes, and CRM systems. </li><li>Salesforce exposure and an understanding of how it's used for sales operations. </li><li>Insight into lead management, from data entry to sales team distribution. </li><li>Problem-solving skills by identifying and resolving data quality issues. </li><li>Collaboration and communication experience by working closely with sales, marketing and information technology teams. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
