By fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicating with senior leadership, you will contribute to our operational excellence and innovative growth.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive CRM adoption and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency. </li><li>Leverage CRM systems and operational tools to track, manage, and analyze processes. </li><li>Influence global pipeline management and deliver critical business insights through advanced reporting. </li><li>Analyze operational metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. </li><li>Enhance the effectiveness of lead generation and strategic campaigns through operational excellence. </li><li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership. </li><li>Use data-driven insights to optimize operational efforts and improve conversion rates. </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational capabilities. </li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on operational activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities</p> <ul> <li>5 years+ experience in operations, CRM management, or process optimization, with a track record of success. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and operational tools. </li><li>Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and services, with a payments background. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally. </li><li>Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others to achieve desired outcomes. </li><li>Uses sound judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet strategic objectives; able to identify and recommend appropriate alternatives when traditional solutions do not apply. </li><li>Knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools, familiarity with automation platforms. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. </li><li>Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative operational strategies. </li><li>Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </li></ul> <p>FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:</p> <p>This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
