You will participate in a fun and rewarding 10 to 12 week summer internship, providing exposure to impactful projects in various departments that will influence the business. In doing so, you develop business skills, interpersonal skills and career development. You will work on specifically defined projects focused on benefits, enrollment, and hiring training. This position will report directly to the HR Operations Manager at our Indianapolis Headquarters.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Working with the HR Leadership team on creating onboarding resources to provide an overview of the benefits plans and enrollment processes through narrated powerpoints and videos. </li><li>Collaborating with the HR Leadership team on reviewing and updating process maps for offer letters and onboarding while evaluating the hiring stages and responsibilities workflow through ADP. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education - Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree </li><li>Certifications - No specific certifications required; however, any related certifications or coursework in Human Resources would be advantageous. </li><li>Professional Experience - While no prior professional experience is required, any exposure to the construction industry, human resources, or relevant internships would be a plus. </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Pass a background check </li><li>Military service a plus </li><li>Bilingual a plus </li><li>Must be able to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN without relocation assistance </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Compensation: $15/hour during the 10-12 week long Internship Program </li><li>Working at the Bone Dry Headquarters in Indianapolis with free onsite gym and showers available </li><li>Mentorship from leaders in HR and the construction industry </li><li>Industry leading training programs </li></ul>
