<p>Job Description</p> <p>Location: Media, PA</p> <p>Schedule: 2nd Shift 4 PM - 11:30PM (37.5 hours/week, 7-day availability)</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Join our winning team where great careers begin. If you're passionate about helping our internal and external customers resolve issues, and being part of a collaborative team, keep reading.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Wawa's Contact Center Representatives have opportunities to provide best in class customer experiences at every touchpoint.</p> </li><li> <p>Our hybrid in-office work environment allows Contact Center Representatives to interact with colleagues for in-person relationship building on a regular basis and will provide opportunities to work remotely.</p> </li><li> <p>Our Contact Center Representatives complete an interactive in-office and remote training session to learn how to resolve and at times escalate issues. Wawa provides extensive training documents, knowledgebases, as well as one-on-one coaching to support our Representatives.</p> </li><li> <p>This is a high optics role with cross-functional interaction which can create opportunities for career growth at Wawa.</p> </li></ul> <p>Things you like to do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You are tech savvy multi-tasker, able to work with 10-15 apps open at one time and able to adapt quickly to changing technology.</p> </li><li> <p>Quickly analyzing problems and troubleshooting with limited information energizes you.</p> </li><li> <p>You enjoy working with others and can work independently.</p> </li><li> <p>You are empathetic in your approach while remaining neutral and calm while under stress.</p> </li><li> <p>You excel in both verbal and written communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Being detail oriented, organized and intellectually curious is natural for you.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs and crisis situations.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work weekdays and weekends and any shift due to 24/7 hours of operation.</p> </li><li> <p>Providing stellar customer service and making decisions with limited supervision energizes you.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You've Done:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You have excelled using technology to troubleshoot in your current and/or previous jobs.</p> </li><li> <p>You are comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office. Our Contact Center uses Microsoft Outlook and Teams extensively.</p> </li><li> <p>2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service-based environment.</p> </li><li> <p>HS diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual in Spanish/English language is a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Candidates must be available to be in the office 1-2 days per week for training and post-training - this is a hybrid position.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates will need to provide proof of high-speed internet connection Minimum speed of 1MBPS download and 768 Kbps upload is required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Wawa will provide reasonable accommodation to complete an application upon request, consistent with applicable law.
