<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Reviews submitted enrollment requests assigned via the enrollment queues. </li><li>Processes according to established productivity goals while maintaining established quality goals. </li><li>Takes initiative to check questions or unusual situations with management in accordance with established guidelines. </li><li>Ensures thorough and timely completion of requests for additions, changes and terminations to subscriber and dependent records. </li><li>Notifies the Supervisor of trends that will impact internal and external customers. </li><li>Must be able to work required extra hours as dictated by business needs. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or College Degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry, with a combined focus on production and quality. College degree in lieu of experience will be considered. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others and have a willingness to be a team player. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate via email. </li><li>Familiarity with data processing and the ability to work with documented policies and procedures. </li><li>Health Rules, Excel, Word, SharePoint, One Hub, Service Now and any other system that logs productivity and triages workflow. </li></ul> <p>IBX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
